12th consecutive year of growth for the Proximedia group.

The group’s sales are now close to 50 million euros, boosted by the rapid and controlled development of its two newest subsidiaries Bezoom and BeUP.



An SME serving other SMEs, the Proximedia group is pursuing its development, recording more than 49.3 million euros of sales and services in 2010, up by 12% in comparison with 2009 (44 million euros).

The leader in Belgium in website creation and the provision of IT support to small companies, Proximedia Belgium generated a total of 22.3 million euros of sales and services, representing growth of 3% over 2009.

Bezoom, a Belgian specialist in Web-based audiovisual communication, recorded particularly strong growth, with more than 15 million euros of sales and services, up by 36% in comparison with 2009, which had closed on an already remarkable result of 11.1 million euros.

Further to a significant reorganisation and refocusing of its service offering, Proximedia Nederland closed the financial year on a very positive figure of 4.3 million euros of sales and services.

This year France was the test market for new products and services. Proximedia France closed the year with 1.6 million euros of sales and services.

Globule Bleu, pursuing its focus on ‘major accounts’, generated no less than 3.2 million euros of sales and services, adding some new clients to its portfolio, including D’Ieteren Group, Mister Minit and Awex.

Finally, the BeUP concept marketed by Online Internet is continuing to conquer the web referencing and online marketing sectors for SMEs. Online generated 4.1 million euros of sales and services in Belgium, an increase of 127% in comparison with 2009.

At the end of March, Proximedia will publish details of the results of its last financial year which closed on 31 December 2010
