Proximedia occupies a place on the French market

PROXIMEDIA France, a branch of Proximedia SA has opened a first office in France, in Lille.

This new office set in motion by a team of 10 commercial assistants and an office manager has managed to obtain the signature of new contracts ever since its first day of business.

Taking into account the geographical neighbourness, the logistic support of this new office is initially organised from Belgium, which should enable to guarantee the growth of this new activity site, while keeping full command of the costs .

After the development of its branch in the Netherlands and the approach to the French market through independent distributors, the opening of this first office fits perfectly in the European development strategy of the PROXIMEDIA group. At the moment, the opening of other offices in France is already being considered.

On the Proximedia group.

Since July 1998, the PROXIMEDIA group essentially offers computer services to SME, which are focused on 4 complementary businesses :

• evolving rental and maintenance of the computer material,
• the creation, the updates and the hosting of the websites,
• providing internet services such as connectivity, the control of domain names, the secured control of e-mail addresses and data protection,
• education on Internet, assistance by phone and repairs on site.

The Proximedia group is present on the Belgian, Dutch and French market.

On 22 July 2005, the shares of the S.A. Proximedia have been subscribed for the first time on the free market of Euronext Brussels, following the opening of its capital to the public. Back
