Since July 1998, the PROXIMEDIA group offers computer and internet services, aimed at self-employed persons, SME and large companies.
Today the sa Proximedia and its 6 branches offer all essential internet services:

• the creation, the updates and the hosting of the websites (Proximedia and Globule Bleu),
• offline and online marketing services (Globule Bleu),
• the development and broadcast of professional videos on internet, the creation of video mail and the development of Web-tv (Bezoom),
• providing internet services such as connectivity, the control of domain names, the secured control of e-mail addresses, data protection, ADSL or SDL connections, hosting of servers (Online Internet),
• evolving rental and maintenance of the computer material (Proximedia, Proxirent).

The Proximedia group is present on the Belgian, Dutch and French market.

On 22^nd July 2005, the shares of the S.A. Proximedia have been subscribed for the first time on the Open Market of Euronext Brussels, following the opening of its capital to the public.
